Our expertise encompasses all aspects of light gauge metal framing, drywall, and interior ceiling systems, which we manage in-house. We work closely with landlords, property managers, and clients to ensure satisfaction and deliver a comprehensive turnkey solution for their business needs. Sarah Lazar is responsible for overseeing our entire General Contracting Estimating and provides cost estimating. She provides conceptual costs, bid proposal analysis, bid packaging, schedule development, and site logistics planning for our projects. She will work with everyone involved in the project to ensure the overall success of your project during the construction and closeout phases

Jhonico Alvarado, CEO

Jhonico is responsible for the overall success of the general contracting operations. He oversees all facets of the general contracting operation, including project management, estimating and field management. Johnny has supervised the successful construction of various types of construction projects throughout the CA region.

Alexander Alvarado, COO

Alexander oversees daily operations of our construction projects, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of construction management. Alexander is responsible for implementing strategic plans, managing project timelines and coordinating with project managers and other executives, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Katrina Serna Alvarado, Chief Marketing Officer CMO

Katrina is our key executive responsible for overseeing the marketing strategy, initiatives, and operations of JAAC Inc.

Webster, Project Manager

Webster oversees all field personnel and subcontractor activities for the company's general contracting operations. Webster is responsible of all construction process including subcontractor management, submittals, scheduling, change order management, budget control, quality assurance, project closeout, field supervision, and safety.
